Skillspotting at the Forum for International Careers, Archamps, March 12, 2015
We participated in the International Careers Forum organized by Pôle Emploi at the Convention Center, Archamps on March 12. The Forum proposed:
- 28 thematic conferences
- 15 companies and representatives based in Switzerland offering more than 200 job offers
- 12 partners
- 2 workshops to help job seekers apply in English.
In this context, Romain Crema and Nicolas Quoex presented the S.T.A.R. methodology to a packed house. The methodology allows the candidate received in a job interview to present its achievements and skills in a structured and therefore more impactful way for the recruiter by highlighting:
- the Situation
- the Tasks
- the Actions
- the Results.
